What This Really Is (& What it Isn’t)

This is not:

• another “have you tried this bit / this bodyworker / this rehab plan?”
• another trainer wanting a go, hoping they’re the magic one
• another opinion added to the pile

This is a full-spectrum, forensic investigation led by someone whose entire career has been built on the horses no one else could explain.

I don’t treat “unfixable” as a personality flaw.

I treat it as an unsolved case.

Why Me

I didn’t fall into this work. I built it.

I started in a riding school, teaching beginners on a cavalry of horses most people would have written off: ex-racers, abuse cases, horses from every background imaginable.

Alongside that, I went deep into the sciences: behaviour, physiology, biomechanics, pathology. If there was a reliable book, paper, or training, I studied it.

Early on, I was spotting patterns others missed.

I called my first colic before it actually hit.

Vets, farriers, bodyworkers with decades in the field started trusting my eyes.

The cases got more complex:

• Peritonitis, written off as hopeless → rehabbed to a dignified life with one kidney.
• “Dangerous” thoroughbreds → now calm, understood companions.
• Horses with so many overlapping issues it looked impossible → until we found the one gentle entry point and started there.
• Kissing spine, ECVM, parasitic illness, abuse trauma → horses other people labelled “lost causes” that I treated as puzzles with souls and the right to a dignified life.

The through-line: when you look at the whole horse - body, psyche, environment, human - the truth has nowhere left to hide.

That is the lens I bring to your case.

What Happens Inside An Unfixable Investigation

This is a process, not a session.

1. Deep Assessment

If you’re local (Luxembourg, Belgium, NE France): I come in person.

Further away: we work remotely with detailed video, history, and records.

Either way, we don’t just “watch him move.”

We look at:

• the body : biomechanics, pain patterns, compensations
• the nervous system : shut down, hypervigilance, trauma signatures
• management : feed, turnout, herd, handling, yard environment
• the work : what he’s asked to do, how, how often
• the human : your history together, your body, your nervous system

Most people look at one of these and miss all the important points.

We look at all of them, together.

2. Behind-the-Scenes Investigation

Once I have the raw data, I go to work.

I:

• comb through vet records, history, farriery, medications, incidents
• cross-reference behaviour with pathology, biomechanics with psychology
• map out the timelines : when things changed and what moved with them
• consult with trusted vets / professionals where needed

This is where we stop treating your horse like a collection of symptoms and start treating him like a case.

3. The Report: Your Horse’s Actual Reality

You receive a written roadmap that spells out:

• what is really going on (as far as it can be known)
• what is likely possible, and what is not
• where to start: the gentlest, most appropriate entry point

From there, we lay out three possible paths:

• rehab : if there is a realistic way back to more comfort or work
• adaptation : if he needs a different life, pace, or job
• release : if the kindest option is a peaceful goodbye

No more guessing, no more “maybe this will be the thing.”

4. 30 Days of Follow-Up

For 30 days after your report, you are not left alone with it.

You get:

• weekly WhatsApp / voice note check-ins
• one 60-min call to adjust the plan, ask questions, and respond to how your horse is doing

Information without support is just another weight to carry. My goal is to have you and your horse implementing and seeing change.

The Truth (and Why It Matters)

Not every horse can be “fixed.”

Some horses will never return to competition. Some will need a lighter life. Some, heartbreakingly, will tell us it’s time to let go.

But what I can promise is this:

• You will finally know the truth of your horse’s condition.

• You will have a clear plan for what is possible and what is not.
